Eating healthy doesn’t need to be expensive. Stores have deals on fish and fruits all the time. Even nuts sometimes.
The important thing is that you are aware of how the food you consume will affect you, in the long run, if you want to live longer you should consider watching out of the warning signals. It does not need to be a Herbalife consequence or extra ordinary diet, just simple things of our mom’s favorite vitamins, greens like broccoli, or ask for a second slice of tomato for your big mac at McDonald’s, no sorry just kidding.
