I hope I do not repeat myself too often but who does not know the investment which is 1:5 but could result in more than 20% increase in profit if you focus on your loyal customers.

44% of companies have a greater focus on customer acquisition vs 18% that focus on retention, how would this result be different if more would focus on retention. Looking into companies which split their budgets we see only 40$ who do this and 30% of agencies only. Most investments go into website, email or social media sites, while above 50% focus on direct mail, SEO/PPC or web banners.
